Shamren Odisho brings more than 30 years of experience across building, construction, property investment and real estate. Beginning her career in 1989 and obtaining her Real Estate Licence in 2003, Shamren has worked extensively with investors, accountants and financial advisors throughout Australia. Her background also includes consulting on dual occupancy projects, villa and townhouse developments, and working closely with councils and town planners to secure approvals.

 Since moving into retirement living in 2022, Shamren has developed a genuine passion for helping residents and families through an important stage of life. Known for her patience, compassion and approachable nature, she takes pride in guiding people through the transition into retirement living and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Her strong results have earned her recognition including Highest Sales in 2023, Highest DMF Earner for AVEO for two consecutive years, and multiple record sale prices across three villages.

 Outside of work, Shamren enjoys reading, listening to crime podcasts, walking around the Bay Run, travelling, exploring new restaurants and spending time with family and friends around Sydney. What she enjoys most about her role is seeing the happiness on people’s faces when they find a place they can truly call home for the next chapter of their lives.
