With close to two decades of experience in retirement living sales across South Sydney and South West Sydney, Laura brings a wealth of industry knowledge, compassion and professionalism to every client interaction. Her career has been built around helping seniors and their families navigate important lifestyle decisions with confidence, care and understanding. Prior to moving to Australia from the UK, she worked in North Yorkshire as a site sales agent specialising in new home sales, further strengthening her expertise in customer service and property sales.

Known for her warm and approachable nature, Laura genuinely loves working with people and helping them make informed choices for their retirement years. Her extensive understanding of retirement village legislation, residents’ rights and responsibilities, and the surrender process allows her to support both residents and their families with reassurance and clarity throughout the journey. She takes enormous pride in seeing the positive impact retirement living can have on people’s lives and the lasting friendships that are often formed within village communities.

A long-time local of the Macarthur region for more than 20 years, Laura has strong ties to the community, having raised her family in Camden before recently right-sizing her own home and moving to Campbelltown. Her children attended local schools and continue to live locally, with her family remaining actively involved in community sport throughout the region. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with close friends, long-distance charity walks, reading, movies and quiet afternoons with a good book and a glass of wine. Guided by her philosophy of “live, laugh, love,” she believes life is to be embraced fully, and finds great fulfilment in helping others enjoy this next chapter of life with confidence, connection and joy.
